Thank you for visiting and shopping at RAPID DEALS. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 7-15 business days. Free Shipping
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days. Free Shipping

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) where applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RAPID DEALS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages

RAPID DEALS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

RAPID DEALS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order.


International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most of the countries. Delivery delays are expected due to weather conditions.


Returns Due to Failed Delivery

Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal are not subject to a restocking fee or reshipping charges.

Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and must include proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
